Yoga Foundations, Mondays in Partick
Mondays 6.45-7.45pm
Hatha Yoga combines movement, breath work and relaxation. Building confidence with Yoga postures and learning handy tools to bring calm and soothe the nervous system. Working with postures which flow with the breath, move mindfully at a comfortable pace which allows for focus & calm. Options & modifications to allow practice to support each individual.
Class Level: Level 1-2 Some familiarity with basic asana and sun salutation, looking to explore more at your own pace.
Location: Partick Burgh Hall - Large Hall
Travel info: Nearest station is Partick, 5 minutes walk. On-street car parking.
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, optional blanket and wear some comfy layers. Spare mats available to borrow, please request in advance
