I share Yoga classes which reflect my interest in nature, art and Buddhist philosophy - contemporary approaches to compassion & mindfulness practice.

You’ll find elements of asana, pranayama and relaxation.  I welcome you to join me in class; a gentle and reflective space, to soothe and to nourish.
