After practising Yoga for over a decade, with teachers from the Ashtanga & Sivananda traditions, I undertook 200hr Yoga teacher training in 2022 with Jo Lockhart, an Ashtanga teacher and Yoga Therapist in Scotland, trained through the Minded Institute.
I offer a supportive space for you to explore Yoga. My approach is down-to-earth and practical, whether it’s restful or challenging, we offer ourselves a nourishing Yoga practice.
My classes are based on Hatha Yoga, with influences from nature, art and Buddhist philosophy - compassion & mindfulness teachings. There's elements of asana, pranayama and relaxation.
We play with areas of strength and ease, challenge and comfort. Working towards a balanced, steady effort. I share ways to build your personal 'yoga toolkit' - to take aspects of your Yoga practice away from class and into your everyday life.
