Yoga in the Garden: Outdoor sessions
Fridays 10-11am (select dates) and Saturday 21st June 10-11am for a summer solstice practice.
Glasgow Botanic Gardens: Meeting at the Pagoda
This class will take place outside so please come prepared for the Scottish weather. Inviting nature into our Yoga & Pranayama practice. Explore mindfully moving and breathing whilst noticing the aliveness in nature which surrounds us. Energising the body and resting between the sky & the leaves.
Please bring along your Yoga mat, and wear comfy layers - base layer/ long sleeve, plus warm layers and waterproof jacket are a must! We will carry on class in a bit of a drizzle, but will cancel (your ticket refunded) in the case of heavy rain so please keep an eye out for an email prior to the session.
Expect a mixed level hatha yoga session with supportive teaching, time to rest and unwind.
Class Level: Going Deeper - for those familiar with basic Yoga postures, sequences and curious to explore further

Travel info: Nearest station is Hillhead Subway.
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, optional blanket and wear some comfy layers
